MacAskill Print
Wallace R. MacAskill was one of Nova Scotia's best-known and accomplished photographers, his most famous works were of seascapes and sailing vessels. He had a particular passion for photographing the Bluenose, with one of his images appearing on a Canadian postage stamp in 1929.
These prints were made directly from negatives, generously donated to the Public Archives of Nova Scotia. They have been matted in black, white or sepia and measure 11 x 14 inches.
