Refund policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, shipping must be paid for by customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We do guarantee the quality of our products. If your item has been damaged in transit, or is not up to standard, please submit photo documentation to shorecrew@bluenose2crew.ca. You may also contact us at 1-855-640-3177 with any questions or concerns you may have.
